Therapy with me is designed to feel intentional and grounding—a place where you can slow down, be fully seen, and begin to realign with the life and relationships you desire.I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders, low self-worth, and pivotal life transitions. Together, we move beyond surface-level coping, focusing on sustainable growth, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.With a background in an inpatient psychiatric setting, I bring experience working with complex and high-acuity mental health needs. This allows me to hold space with both depth and steadiness—supporting you through challenges with care, clinical insight, and intention.My approach is integrative and highly tailored. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices to help you develop practical skills while also engaging in deeper, transformative work. This includes strengthening emotional regulation, building distress tolerance, enhancing communication, and cultivating self-awareness in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.I view therapy as a collaborative and refined process—one where you are not only supported, but also gently challenged to grow into greater alignment with your values, boundaries, and goals. Every session is guided with presence, discretion, and respect for your unique story.I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) in Florida, practicing under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS).Where insight meets intention—and change becomes a way of being.

Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, as needed, or based on your preferences. The frequency of sessions is a collaborative decision made together to best support your goals and progress.
Session Fees
Initial 15-minute consultation - Free
Individual 50-minute session - $60
Couples 50 - 90 minute session - $80
Sliding scale rates are available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss flexible payment options.
Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and ours, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
